Renovation of an educational facility in Troy, Illinois. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.
The Board of Education of Triad CUSD #2 will receive sealed bids for Bid Package 3.04 Precast Concrete for the Triad High School Performance Space & Misc Improvements.. Bid Security is required in the amount of five (5%) percent of Proposal, made payable unconditionally to the Owner. Security shall be either by certified check, cashier's check or bid bond issued by surety licensed to conduct business in the State of Illinois. Miscellaneous interior improvements. Construction of a new performing arts space located on the south side of the existing high school. The addition is approximately 31,894 SF and consists of a classroom addition, lobby and theater with accompanying spaces. Should a bidder find discrepancies, ambiguities, and/or omissions from Documents, or be in doubt of their meaning, bidder shall at once, and in any event notify the Construction Manager by completing the Request for Clarification and send to Holland Construction Services, Brian Dayton, bdayton@hollandcs.com. Oral communication shall not be binding. All RFCs will be answered via addendum if submitted prior to the cut-off time.
