The City of Greenville is requesting bids from qualified contractors for the 2025 River Place Fountain repair project. The scope of work includes varies work associated with waterproofing the entire side, including 3 planters, which will require the removal of all trees and plant material. The exterior rock façade will need to be removed and reinstalled once the waterproofing is completed. Alternate 1 will address other planters where the same process will need to be followed. Alternate 2 will address concrete and compacting work. The deadline for questions is 2:00 p.m., August 28, 2025. The contractor chosen to complete the work will be responsible for providing all materials and labor needed to complete the job. It is the contractor's responsibility to visit the site and review all installation locations. It is also the contractor's responsibility to ensure all material used for application and all equipment used for application meet City requirements and that all traffic control measures during construction follow the most current City of Greenville requirements.
