Demolition-303 Rosebay Drive Demolition (raze/ tear down) of all structure(s), to include removal of the structure(s), removal of all debris, weeds, rank vegetation, driveways, slabs, foundation walls, impervious surfaces, and fences. Sever and seal electrical, gas, water, sewer, and telephone utility mains per the Utility Companies Directives, also (if applicable) to fill open wells, removal/crushing/fill-in of septic tanks, underground fuel tanks, etc. on property(ies) to South Carolina Department of Environmental Service standards. Demolition of the structure(s) shall be in accordance with all applicable regulations for the properties located at: o 303 Rosebay Drive, Greenville, SC 29615 Tax Map Number 0540.11-01-022.00. Asbestos was detected on the property. Asbestos project design and air monitoring will be required for asbestos abatement. o GIS Map, S&ME Asbestos Abatement Project Design, and S&ME Asbestos Assessment Report are attached. Question Deadline 08/29/2025 at 5:00 PM ET o Note: Asbestos contractor to provide air monitoring may not be the same contractor that conducted the asbestos survey. (due to change in contract with end of fiscal year). B.
