The Scope of Work for the Waste Water Treatment Plant includes the construction and installation of the 0.03 MGD concrete conventional activated sludge wastewater treatment plant including but not limited to: influent lift station, an influent splitter box with manual bar screen (headworks), aeration basins with coarse bubble diffusion system, circular secondary clarifier, cloth media disk filter, chlorine contact basin with sodium hypochlorite dosing system, aerobic digester with coarse bubble diffusion system, blowers, a non-potable water system for the WWTP, a reclaimed water wet well and effluent submersible pump station, a reclaimed water ground storage tank, a reclaimed water booster pump station for landscape and sports complex irrigation, a fire protection ground storage tank, a fire protection pump station, emergency generator, all electrical, site work, and yard piping necessary. The Scope of work for the Water Treatment Plant includes two 300 GPM groundwater wells, and site work which includes but is not limited to: drilling of the water wells including materials, casing, logs, pump, testing, and certifications, all structural work, including hydropneumatic tanks, booster pumps for water distribution, including valves, fittings, pressure gauges, sampling taps, chemical disinfection, including dosing pumps, two (2) 49,600 gallon above ground storage tanks, including the structural foundation, level monitoring equipment, manways and hatches, exterior ladder, overflow, interior and exterior piping, vents, including air compressor, pressure probes, air piping, valves, controls and all necessary appurtenances. Construction of an 810 SqFt PEMB and foundation, all pressure piping, valves, fittings, appurtenances, and yard-piping, including internal and external coatings, well headers, flow meters, pressure gauges, valving, fittings, trench safety, dewatering, emergency generator and all electrical necessary to complete a fully functional system.
