All bids shall be on Form No. 96 as prescribed by the State Board of Accounts, must be accompanied by a Financial Statement, must be properly and completely executed, and shall be accompanied by a properly completed non-collusion affidavit. After opening bids, no bid shall be withdrawn for a period of sixty (60) calendar days without written consent from the Owner. All bids shall be accompanied by a scanned copy of the bid bond in an amount of not less than 5% of the contract amount. Contractors awarded a contract will be required to furnish acceptable surety bonds in the amount of 100% of the contract price.
