Site work and paving for a sidewalk / parking lot in Indianapolis, Indiana. Completed plans call for site work for a sidewalk / parking lot; and for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot.
Clearwater Elementary School - Parking Lot Expansion Project Description: Project consists of a new 140 space car parking lot with associated drives, landscaping, and storm sewer infrastructure. BID BOND / BID SECUIRTY: Each bid shall be accompanied by modified AIA Form A310 - 2010 Bid Bond included in the Project Manual or certified check made payable to MSD of Washington Township in the amount of five percent (5%) of the total Bid amount, including alternates with a satisfactory corporate surety or a solvent bank qualified to do business in Indiana. The Bid Bond or certified check shall be evidence of good faith that the successful Bidder will execute the Agreement as included in the Bidding Documents. Should a successful Bidder withdraw its bid, or fail to execute a satisfactory Agreement, the Owner may then declare the bid security forfeited as liquidated damages. All Bid Bonds and certified checks of unsuccessful Bidders will be returned upon selection of the successful Bidder and the successful Bidder's execution of the Agreement, and provision of the required Performance Bond and Payment Bond. PERFORMANCE BOND: A Performance Bond on modified AIA Form A312-2010 included in the Project Manual with good and sufficient surety qualified to do business in Indiana shall be required of the successful Bidder in an amount equal to at least one hundred percent (100%) of the Contract Price, conditioned upon the faithful performance of the Work and Agreement, included in Bidding Documents. PAYMENT BOND: Bidder shall execute a Payment Bond on modified AIA Form A312-2010, included in the Project Manual, in an amount equal to one hundred percent (100%) of the Contract Price. The Payment Bond is binding on the bidder, its subcontractors and material suppliers, and their successors and assigns for the payment of all indebtedness to a person for labor and services performed, material furnished, or services rendered. The surety of the Payment Bond may not be released until one (1) year after the Owner's final settlement with the Contractor. The Owner reserves the right to reject and/or cancel any and all Bids, solicitations and/or offers in whole or in part as specified in the solicitation when it is not in the best interests of the governmental body. No request for an interpretation/ clarification or request for substitution of the Bid Documents will be given consideration if received by Owner and Engineer after 3:00 PM EST, August 21, 2025.
