No definite date for the rebid.** CONTRACT 225 consists of the renovation of Water Treatment Plant facilities including basin repairs and rehab, flocculator repairs, chemical feed renovations, painting, and any other items as outlined within the plans and specification The allotted time for construction is 360calendar days. A bid bond or certified check for five percent (5%) of the total bid amount must accompany each bid. The successful bidderwill be required to furnish a performancebond in the amount of his bid and shall, before entering on the work of said contract, be licensed as a contractor of theFALL CREEK FALLS UTILITY DISTRICT. The owner reserves the right to waive any informalities or to reject any or all bids.
