This is a Combined Synopsis/Solicitation for a service requirement to purchase and install Replace Safety Valves On 3 Boilers for the VA Fresno Medical Center. Quotes shall be submitted to David Rovner, Contract Specialist at email: David.rovner@va.gov by 12:00pm PST on 10/02/2025. Offerors are advised to pay special attention to the submission instructions specified in FAR provisions in the solicitation. 52.212-1 and evaluation factors specified in FAR provision 52.212- 2. See Sam.gov, Solicitation # 36C26125Q0949 if interested. All Requests for Information (RFIs) regarding this RFP must be submitted in writing and received NLT 12:00 PM PST on Monday, October 06, 2025 in order to allow replies to reach all prospective offerors in a timely manner. Questions/RFIs shall be sent via email to David Rovner at david.rovner@va.gov and Daniel Jhun at daniel.jhun@va.gov. The purpose of this combined synopsis/solicitation is to update the RFI due date to September 26, 2025. *The value for this project is based on a financial range. The value is listed as the highest possible cost from the range provided by a stakeholder or official project document. Extend the RFQ due date to October 29, 2025 by 12:00 PM PDT.
