Renovation of a municipal facility in Trenton, New Jersey. Completed plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility.

NJN Headquarters / Trenton Office Complex - 25 South Stockton Street Trenton, New Jersey 08608 The work includes where indicated. 1. Remove existing designated lighting, lighting controls, electric receptacles, doors, casework, acoustic ceiling tiles, designated wall finishes and vinyl flooring. Shot blast and prepare existing concrete floor surfaces to receive new epoxy floor coating. Remove and discard designated rooftop ductwork and rooftop steel framing. 2. Install new rooftop steel support dunnage with service platform for new HVAC unit with new rooftop ductwork to connect to existing interior duct supplies and returns with modifications to existing interior ceiling diffusers. Provide all required gas piping and electrical wiring required to service the new rooftop unit. 3. Install new electric service and associated equipment for proposed new copiers and inserter equipment to be supplied by the owner. Provide new data lines and IT data service racks. Provide new convenience outlets where shown. 4. Construct new metal stud walls with gypsum sheathing to create a break room, IT room and compressor room. Apply new gypsum sheathing to the extents shown over existing framing with existing sound attenuating insulation with welded wire retention screen. New gypsum sheathing will be finished and painted. 5. Spray apply new fire-retardant coating over exposed sound attenuating insulation at walls and ceiling where new gypsum sheathing is not being installed. 6. Modernize two restrooms and make them ADA compliant. Deactivate twoexisting showers. 7. Install new lighting and lighting controls throughout all areas under contract. 8. Provide new casework and countertops where detailed. 9. Provide upgrades to the existing fire detection and protection equipment. 10. Install one new set of 2-hour fire-rated doors with all required hardware.
