The project is expected to be awarded October 14th, 2025.** This Capital Improvement Project consists, in general, of installation services converting existing streetlights to Light Emitting Diode (LED) fixtures throughout the City and other work specified in the project Special Provisions and Standard Specifications. The deadline for submissions of questions and clarifications concerning the Contract Documents is September 9, 2025. Work to be Performed: The work shall generally consist of installation services converting approximately 1,050 streetlights to Light Emitting Diode (LED) fixtures throughout the City. This work will include both cobra head fixtures, as well as non-cobra head fixtures. These fixtures will be a combination of both LED screw-in retrofit kit installations and LED flood light installations. LED streetlight fixtures/kits will be provided by the City. The estimated cost of construction is $115,000. There is no prebid meeting scheduled. The City of Antioch reserves the right to reject any and all bids or portions thereof; to accept a bid or portion thereof; to postpone making the award for a reasonable length of time; or to waive irregularities not affecting substantial rights.
