The City of Salmon Arm (City/Owner), as part of the Capital Works program, is proposing to undertake detailed design and replacement/improvement of the Heating, Ventilation and cooling hereinafter referred to as HVAC at the RCMP Detachment. TIMELINE: Request for proposal from design consulting services is closed. Award is pending. The City is seeking proposals from qualified and experienced engineering firms or individuals to undertake a design review, prepare detailed design documents, prepare construction tender documents, provide project management and contract administration services, and submit record documents. Further update in late spring 2026, upon approvals.
