Demolition, site work, new construction and renovation of a mixed-use development in Geneva, Illinois. Design plans call for the construction of a fire / police facility; for the renovation of a fire / police facility; municipal facility; and library.
Facilities Master Plan for several of the City’s facilities including City Hall, Police Station, Fire Station 1, Fire Station 2, and the Public Works Facility. The Facilities Master Plan also includes the recently purchased former Library building located directly west of City Hall. The City previously completed Facility Condition Assessments for the Geneva Generation Facility, Water Treatment Plant, and Wastewater Treatment Plant, and are included in the Master Plan by reference only. As of March 26, 2026, the project remains in the master planning phase. The City has not yet released a timeline for soliciting construction manager and general contractor, and no construction or completion schedules have been established at this stage.
