The County of Kane, Illinois (County) is soliciting sealed proposals from qualified firms for the design, fabrication, and installation of a digital monument sign to be located at the Kane County Government Center property at the southeast corner of the intersection of Third Street and Illinois Route 31, Geneva, Illinois. This is a complete turnkey project. The project will replace or incorporate the existing monument sign and flag display area and serve as a prominent public-facing communication feature for County operations, services, and announcements.
