The purpose of this solicitation is to receive responses from qualified respondents to provide exterior painting services for the two-story metal facility located at 400 12th Street, Clermont, Florida. This facility is an approximately 8,000 sq. ft. two-story metal building, which includes eight (8) roll-up garage bay doors. It requires extensive surface cleaning, preparation, treatment of rusted areas, full priming, and finish painting using a high-performance Direct-To-Metal (DTM) coating system. In addition to painting the building envelope, the scope includes caulking and sealing of all seams and penetrations, as well as surface restoration and repainting of safety bollards and concrete curbing around the building and bay door apron areas. The designed colors for the structure are light neutral grey for the building, with a suitable contrasting dark grey for trim, fascia, windows, doors, vents, and details. Safety elements will be painted according to functional color standards. The east-facing bay doors will be painted dark gray, while the west-facing bay doors will be painted in fire engine red or equivalent. The successful respondent shall provide all labor, materials, equipment, supervision, and incidentals required to complete the work.
