Scope of Project: Addition of generators to Lift Stations 1 and 4, and related electrical improvements and appurtenances. The deadline to ask questions is 8/22/2025 10:30 AM CST online submission. A cashiers check or bid bond in the amount of 2% of the total bid amount must accompany each bid. The successful bidder will be required to provide performance, payment and maintenance bonds for the full amount of the contract. The Owner reserves the right to reject any or all bids. SCOPE OF WORK: Work shall include but not be limited to: Furnishing and installing Natural Gas Emergency Generators with Sound Attenuating Enclosures including Foundations with Cement Stabilized Sand; Automatic Transfer Switches (ATS); Replace Main Breakers, Replace Surge Protection devices, and all necessary electrical appurtenances for complete emergency electrical power systems for the Lift Stations Furnishing and installing metal grate fall protection devices at the wet well hatches for both Lift Stations, and replacing the 8-inch gooseneck vent at Lift Station No. 1 Furnish and install transducer hatch by core drilling top slab at both Lift Stations; relocate and align existing transducers and floats to new hatch location; and all necessary electrical to reconnect transducers and floats, Complete in Place. All site work including but not limited to: excavation, backfill, bollards, and site restoration.
