This Request for Proposal (the "RFP") is an invitation by SaskTel to prospective Suppliers to submit proposals for On-Demand Architectural Design Consulting Services that may include, but are not limited to Misc. Demand Architectural Design, Interior Design, Prime Consultant Services, and Contract Administration on an as-needed basis for projects inclusive but not limited to: General Building and Design Construction, Office Tenant Improvement, Retail Outlets, Small Equipment Buildings, Industrial Facilities as further described below (the "Deliverables"): Miscellaneous Demand Architectural Design - Schematic Design - Design Development Documents - Construction Drawings and Specifications Interior Design - Material and Finish Specifications - Furniture and Equipment Specifications - Lighting Fixture Specifications Prime Consultant Services - Cost Estimating - Code Analysis - Feasibility Studies Contract Administration - Reports and Minutes (Progress and Photos) - Meeting Facilitation (Contractor and Client) - Change Orders and Supplemental Instructions Note: For this project, SaskTel requires all Consulting firm principle or senior architect to be registered in the province of Saskatchewan and a current member of SAA (Saskatchewan Association of Architects) Competition Type: Request for Proposal Agreement Type: NWPTA The method of Contractor Selection has not been Determined at this time.
