Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in London, Kentucky. Completed plans call for site work for a playground / park / athletic field; sidewalk / parking lot; for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot; and water / sewer project.
The project consists of work for grade, drain and paving of approximately 1,600 feet of industrial access road at the McDaniel Industrial site located on Sinking Creek Road in laurel County, KY. State and Federal Wage Rates do not apply to this project. The London-Laurel Co. EDA is an Equal Employment Opportunity Employer The CONTRACTOR will commence the work required by the contract documents within 10 calendar days after the date of the Notice To Proceed and will complete the same by December 1, 2025 unless the period for completion is extended otherwise by the Contract Documents. The CONTRACTOR further agrees to pay as liquidated damages, the sum of $500 for each consecutive calendar day thereafter as provided in the Specifications
