Construction of a three-story student residence building with a wooden structure and prefabricated elements such as walls and partitions: 73 rooms (39 corridor rooms, 12 studios, 11 apartments with 2 bedrooms. Some adapted units will be integrated into a research project (laboratory apartments). Contacts for engineering services have been awarded to the consortium of companies (MRAS / Génécor / SAGA / Delta) following request for proposals # 2025-05. Reference number: 20088045 Tender is anticipated in April, 2026. Construction start: May, 2026, and completion: July, 2027.
