Renovation of a service station / car wash facility in White Plains, New York. Completed plans call for the renovation of a service station / car wash facility.
Work under this Contract includes all necessary labor, materials and equipment required to: 1. Remove and replace the existing 2-Bay Bus Wash system including associated Prewet and detergent arch sprays, Brush wash sprays, high pressure front and lower body sprays, Oscillating MOP wash sprays, Final Rinse Arch Sprays, all associated controls and piping as shown on contract documents. 2. New Bus Wash System will reuse existing settling Pit, Reclamation Pit, and Clean Water Storage Pit. Cleaning existing pits and replace piping are part of the scope. 3. Remove and replace Pumps: Pre-wet Detergent Injection pumps, Brush Detergent Injection Pumps, Pre-wet Spray Pumps, Wash Water Pumps, High Pressure Spray Pumps, and Final Rinse Spray Pumps. 4. Replace existing electrical control panel, equipment panels, conduits and associated work. 5. All related Architectural work including epoxy painting, striping, 6. All related structural, concrete flooring, catch basin, oil water separator. 7. All related mechanical, plumbing and electrical work. The County of Westchester reserves the right to waive any informalities in the bids, or to reject any or all bids. The Contractor shall commence the work embraced in this contract within ten (10) days of the service of Notice by the County to do so and shall complete the said work within (180) consecutive calendar days computed from the date of such Notice to commence.
