Site work for a water / sewer project in White Plains, New York. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
This work will include but will not be limited to the following: rehabilitation of earthen embankments, canal culverts, trailways, upland disposal sites, terminal walls, lock chamber walls and other similar structures. Specific scopes of work will be defined contract award to the qualified bidder(s) which will include all plans, permits, and specifications necessary to release the contract for construction in a design-bid-build delivery model. Total MWBE Participation Goals: 30% Contract term: Up to ten (10) years. CR Number: 2125449 the Barge Canal System includes the Erie Canal, Oswego Canal, Champlain Canal, and the Cayuga-Seneca-Canal, representing 524 miles of waterways through 57 locks, with over 2,600 assets to make navigation possible. All work is divided into eight regions as follows: Eastern Region: Section 1 - Fort Edward, Washington County Section 2 - Waterford, Saratoga County Section 3 - Fonda, Montgomery County Section 4 - Utica, Oneida County Western Region Section 5 - Lysander, Onondaga County Section 6 - Lyons, Wayne County Section 7 - Pittsford, Monroe County Section 8 - Lockport, Niagara County
