By submitting an SOP, an interested firm (Consultant) represents that it has carefully read the terms and conditions of this RFP and all attachments and Addenda, agrees to be bound by them, and has the capability and capacity to provide the deliverables listed herein within the schedule also listed herein. This RFP is not an offer to enter a contract, but merely a solicitation of firms interested in submitting their SOP (to include a demonstration of capabilities and capacity to complete the work as outlined herein) to the Owner for the Project for evaluation as outlined in Section 5 below.
