Site work and renovation of an educational facility in Stony Brook, New York. Completed plans call for the renovation of a 57,882-square-foot, four-story above grade educational facility; and for site work for a educational facility.

Scope Includes but is not limited to Site preparation and mobilization - Excluding construction fencing (Completed by RMH). All utility connections and infrastructure support for the Ronald McDonald House, including but not limited to, sanitary, storm, water, telecommunications, Verizon, fire, and electrical services up to building connection points. Asphalt and roadwork to be schedule on weekends and should be priced as such. Site clearing, grading, drainage, and paving in accordance with the site plans. Installation of Allan Block segmental retaining walls with appropriate compacted base, drainage stone, filter fabric, and geogrid reinforcement as specified. Construction of concrete retaining walls, including excavation, formwork, reinforcing, placement, and backfill. Installation of fire department access roads, hydrants, and fire service utilities. Landscaping and irrigation sleeve installation for future piping. Construction coordination with RMHC contractor teams to ensure timely and non-conflicting delivery of shared site and utility services. Oversight and integration with campus safety, traffic, and environmental requirements during construction. Ronald McDonald House Site Work & Infrastructure Security will be required for each bid in an amount not less than five (5) percent of the Total Bid. All work on this Contract is to be completed within 274 calendar days after the date of the Notice to Proceed. The State University of New York reserves the right to reject any or all bids.
