Description

Renovation of a service station / car wash facility in Running Springs, California. Working plans call for the renovation of a service station / car wash facility.

This project has been cancelled. Contractor shall furnish all labor, tools, equipment, materials, supplies, parts, travel, disposal, permits, and incidentals necessary to remove and legally dispose of existing roofing material and for the complete installation of new 30-year asphalt shingle roof systems on one (1) maintenance office, one (1) equipment shop, and one (1) mechanic shop, including all associated repairs to underlying structures and installation of new accessories, and replace one (1) electric Upblast/Downblast roof exhaust fan. Bidder shall be a certified small business registered with the Department of General Services (DGS).
