The Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) requires the refurbishment of the Canby Station Shelter located in Modoc Forest, Canby, California, in accordance with the attached Statement of Work (SOW). This is a competitive solicitation for a Firm Fixed Price (FFP) contract, set aside 100% for Small Businesses. Proposals must be fully responsive and responsible, with all-inclusive pricing. Any exceptions to the terms or additional conditions will render the proposal ineligible. The estimated project value ranges from $10,000 to $40,000. Offerors must submit a completed SIR document with pricing and certifications, along with an Organizational Experience Questionnaire detailing one similar project valued at $15,000 or more, completed or underway within the past five years. Evaluation will be based on lowest price among eligible offerors. A site visit is scheduled for September 24, 2025, from 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM local time. Questions must be submitted via email by September 26, 2025. Offers are due by October 6, 2025, at 4:00 PM Central Time. Construction Estimate: $10k-$30k *The value for this project is based on a financial range. The value is listed as the highest possible cost from the range provided by a stakeholder or official project document.
