Renovation of a mixed-use development in Redwood City, California. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.

The purpose of this RFP is to request proposals for the Projects listed below. The selected qualified person, firm , partnership, corporation, association, or professional organization will provide constructability review, value engineering, m aster scheduling, cost estim ating, budgeting, and construction services for the developm ent and construction for the following Measure W Project s (Projects), in accordance with the lease-leaseback structure set forth in Education Code section 17406 et seq. Carlm ont New T-wing Classroom Building Carlm ont Multi-Use Field Menlo-Atherton New Classroom building Sequoia New Classroom Building Woodside New Classroom Building Project No. 2501400, J25002, 24033, 1229.4, 300-W006/ 2501400 Woodside New Classroom Building (collectively the "Projects"), in accordance with the lease-leaseback structure set forth in Education Code section 17406, et seq. Only persons, firms, partnerships, corporations, associations, or professional organizations already pre-qualified through the RFQ process with Sequoia Union High School District and were board approved as part of the contractor pool associated will be permitted to submit proposals. The Request for Proposals("RFP"), which includes instructions for its completion, is enclosed for your consideration. These projects are subject to labor compliance monitoring and enforcement of compliance with prevailing wage requirements by the Department of Industrial Relations pursuant to Labor Code & 1771.4, and skilled and trained workforce requirements pursuant to Public Contract Code & 2600. Contractors of all tiers must be currently registered and qualified to perform public work pursuant to Labor Code. All Respondents must be prequalified by the District in accordance with Public Contract Code & 20111.6. First-tier electrical, mechanical, and plumbing subcontractors must be prequalified prior to the time subcontractor bids are submitted.
