Fire Station 9 Carpet and Flooring Replacement Project Information. 2.1 Location and Description. The Project is located at 755 Marshall Street, Redwood City, CA 94063, and is described as follows: Provide all labor, materials, tools, and equipment required for complete installation of carpet and vinyl flooring, including demolition, disposal, subfloor preparation, adhesives, transitions, and accessories. Project areas and product descriptions as shown in Appendix A. 2.2 Time for Completion. The Project must be fully completed within 21 calendar days from the start date set forth in the Notice to Proceed. City anticipates that the Work will begin on or about September 1, 2025, but the anticipated start date is provided solely for convenience and is neither certain nor binding.
