Grove St. - Water Main Replacement Project pursuant to Texas Local Government Code Chapters 252 and 271. The work consists of 12", 6", and 4" water pipeline and appurtenances, fire hydrants, service lines, pavement repair, concrete removal and replacement, traffic control, barricades, signs, traffic handling, SWPPP measures, and miscellaneous improvements incidental to construction.
