Part B - Engelhard ElevatedWater Storage Tank Rehabilitation, including but not limitedto: Complete Rehabilitationof the Elevated Tank includingBlasting/Removal of existinginterior and exterior coatingsand Application of new surfacetreatments; the Repair as necessary of the existing Tank leg/ Pedestal; and the addition of aNew Standby Power Generator. The Owner has developed agoal of ten percent (10%) forparticipation of minority-ownedand women-owned businessenterprises in constructioncontracts awarded pursuantto NCGS 143-128.
