Renovation of an elderly care / assisted living facility in Winchester Center, Connecticut. Completed plans call for the renovation of a elderly care / assisted living facility.
1. Remove existing Air handler unit (1), AC with hot water feed(2) and condenser units (3) reclaiming the refrigerant. Please include wiring needed to complete project. Please include piping and ductwork to connect to existing. Clean area after all equipment has been removed. Dispose all materials removed, no material shall be left behind on site. 2. Supply and install 1 Air handler unit and 2 AC with hot water feeds. 3. Supply and install three (3) condenser units outside: one for main level, one for sunroom, and one for lower level. These units should be sized to handle the three areas specified in this bid. Units should be filled with R-454B refrigerant or newest refrigerant at time of installation. 4. Supply and install cutoff switches, 5. Supply necessary thermostat switches on walls. 6. List any additional work recommended.
