Question Deadline 09/09/2025 To be given consideration, such request must be received at least seven (7) days prior to the date fixed for the opening of the Proposals. Every request for such interpretation must be in writing, addressed to the City of Tampa, Contract Administration Department, 306 E. Jackson St., 4th Floor, Tampa, Florida 33602 and then emailed to ContractAdministration@tampagov.net. Work shall include but not be limited to furnishing all services, labor, equipment and materials necessary for a complete removal and installation of domestic and/or irrigation water meters, meter boxes, meter box covers, re-setters and curb stops; providing meter box GPS coordinates; restoration of grassed areas; and provision of safety barricades in paved areas. The City will provide the meters, boxes, lids, curb stops, meter couplings, and re-setters. All other materials are to be provided by the Contractor with all associated work required for a complete project in accordance with the Contract Documents. Please note that the City of Tampa may not be able to accommodate any request received less than 48 hours before the scheduled public hearing or meeting. Woman-Owned/Minority-Owned Business Enterprises (WMBE) and Small/Local Business Enterprises (SLBE) are encouraged to participate in the bid process. The City of Tampa has a managed Small and Local Busineess program to certify both its woman-owned, minority-owned, and small business vendors.
