A general description of the work to be done is contained in the Advertisement for Invitation to Bid and Information for Bidders. The scope is indicated on the accompanying Plans and specified in applicable parts of these Contract Documents. The Work contemplated under the Contract includes all labor, materials, transportation, equipment and services for, and incidental to, the completion of all work in connection with the Project described in the Contract Documents. The City of Gladstone is submitting a Public Notice and Invitation to Bid for the 2025 Gladstone Nature Park Paved Loop Trail project. This project supports a key City Council goal, to enhance recreational access and improve trail connectivity within the Gladstone Nature Park. The proposed work includes removal of the existing chip trail and the construction of a new 6-foot wide, 987-foot long paved trail. The new segment will connect to an existing paved trail, completing a loop trail within the park; increasing accessibility for visitors of all abilities.
