The 2025 Sanitary Sewer CIPP Project is Phase 2 of 4 in ongoing efforts to improve critical infrastructure and address deficiencies in the aging sanitary sewer system as part of the city council's goals and a regional initiative to reduce inflow and infiltration (I/I). Sealed bids will be received by the Public Works Office at 18595 Portland Ave., Gladstone, Oregon 97027. Bids may be hand delivered or delivered by USPS mail up until 1:00 PM on Tuesday, October 28, 2025. A bid opening will follow at 1:10 PM at the Public Works Office. Attendance at the bid opening is not required. All questions regarding this project must be submitted via email to pwoffice@ci.gladstone.or.us no later than 2:00 PM on October 22, 2025. Addenda, if any, will be issued no later than 5:00 PM on October 23, 2025. Inquiries made by phone, in person, or through other methods will not receive a response. Registered planholders will receive addenda notifications by email. Bid documents and full project specifications are available to interested contractors online. If project documents are downloaded, contractors are asked to request to be a registered planholder by emailing complete contact information. Hard copies of documents are available for a fee.
