Performance Bond required for all bids in excess of $50,000 A labor and material payment bond is required for bids that exceed $100,000. CHRO requirements. All contractors must demonstrate good faith effort to meet the 25% set- aside goals and will be required to submit a set-aside plan to CHRO. Bids must be submitted as hard copies in triplicate to HBS Visitor Center. Late bids will not be accepted. Although a firm timeline has not been confirmed, construction is not expected to start as soon as possible. Completion is expected December 2025.
