Renovation of a clubhouse / community center in Southgate, Kentucky. Completed plans call for the renovation of a clubhouse / community center.
The City of Southgate, KY, invites proposals from qualified providers for the replacement of (2) 15 ton Trane condensing units located outside of the Community Center building with 2 new 208/230 Volt 3 phase condense units that provide up to 15 tons of cooling. Locate condense units back in same location. Replace both indoor air handlers within. Reconnect to the existing line and control wiring. Replace both 208/230 Volt 3 phase disconnects inside and out. Reconnect to the existing supply and return duct work within necessary duct transitions. Install duct smoke detectors on the intake and exhaust side of the units. Reconnect to the existing refrigerant tubing. Install necessary refrigerant dryers. Reconnect to the existing condensate drain. Contract also would include replacement of 2 duct heaters with 2 new units that will provide 250,000 BTU of heat. Reconnect to the existing line of control wiring gas piping vent the new flue into existing flue. Reconnect to the supply and intake duct with necessary duct transitions. Install new digital heating and cooling programable room thermostat for system proper operation. State all warranty on parts and labor on all equipment.
