The City of Southgate, Kentucky invites sealed proposals for furnishing all labor, materials, and equipment necessary to complete the project known as Blossom Lane and Valley View Drive Street Improvements. Proposals must be received at the office of the City Clerk, Municipal Building, City of Southgate, 122 Electric Avenue, Southgate, Kentucky, 41071 by 2:00 PM local time on Thursday, February 12, 2026, at which time they will be publicly opened and read aloud. Question Deadline 02/06/2026 Questions received less than five (5) days prior to bid date cannot be answered. The Contractor shall notify the Engineer promptly of any discrepancies in, or omissions from the Contract Documents. The Engineer will issue a clarifying addendum to each person on record as having received a set of Contract Documents. The Owner will not be responsible for oral instruction or information.
