Site work and renovation of a mixed-use development in Rogers, Arkansas. Completed plans call for the renovation of a clubhouse / community center; and for site work for a clubhouse / community center.
Work will include the following trades: Selective Demolition, Masonry Restoration, Rough Carpentry, Spray Foam Insulation, Weather Barriers, Metal Roof & Wall Panels, Fiber Cement Siding, Joint Sealants, Doors & Hardware, Access Doors, Security Glazing, Studs, Drywall & Ceilings, Fluid Applied Flooring, Painting, Toilet Compartments & Specialties, Plumbing, HVAC, and Electrical. The City reserves the right to reject any and all bids.
