Freedom Transit Bus Facility Construction - General Construction - Multiple Primes The construction of the proposed facility and site development for Freedom Transit includes a multi-use building which includes offices, vehicle wash, maintenance operations and bus storage. The site work includes excavation, fill materials, site grading and landscaping, installation of stormwater basins, soil nailing, retaining walls and site development.
