The project consists of the following: Coordinate with the Town of Mount Hope Town Supervisor or his/her designate. Remove existing roofing materials down to existing structural framing, repair existing wall top plates and existing structure as required. Furnish and install architectural shingles and all underlayment and accessories needed to meet roofing manufacturer warranty requirements. Ensure surrounding exterior site use interruptions during construction are minimized. Clean and restore site conditions after the completion of roof replacement. Each bid shall be accompanied by an acceptable form of Bid Guarantee in an amount equal to at least 5% of the amount of the Bid, payable to the Town of Mount Hope as a guarantee that if the Bid is accepted, the Bidder will execute the Contract and file acceptable Performance and Payment Bonds within ten (10) days after the award of the Contract.
