Site work for a civil project in Rosenberg, Texas. Completed plans call for site work for a bridge / tunnel; and water / sewer project.
Channel improvements, including regrading of the existing channel and installing concrete pilot channels. Furnishing and installing reinforced concrete pipe culvert and all appurtenances. Furnishing and installing reinforced concrete box culvert and all appurtenances Furnishing and installing sanitary sewer lines and all appurtenances. Under this Contract, the Contractor shall furnish all material, appliances, tools, equipment, transportation, services, and all labor and supervision necessary for the work as described in these Specifications. The completed project shall not lack any part, which can be reasonably implied as necessary to its proper completion, nor any subsidiary item, which is customarily furnished, or provided. Furthermore, the completed project shall comply in every respect with all applicable City of Rosenberg Codes and Ordinances All bids must be submitted at the time and place in the manner prescribed above. Bids must be delivered in a sealed envelope with a return address and clearly marked "City of Rosenberg, Bid Number 2026-04B, CDBG-MIT FLOOD AND DRAINAGE MITIGATION PROJECT; ACTIVITY NO. 2 - THEATER DITCH SOUTH CHANNEL IMPROVEMENTS". The bidder's firm name shall appear on the outside of the envelope. Bids received after the closing time will be returned unopened. If the amount of the bid exceeds $50,000.00, the Official Bidder's Bond signed by the Surety and Bidder in an amount equal to five percent (5%) of the total bid must accompany each proposal. The City reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to waive informalities in bidding. In case of ambiguity or lack of clearness in stating the prices in any bid, the City reserves the right to consider the most advantageous construction thereof, or to reject the bid. The award will be made to the responsible bidder submitting the lowest bid as determined by the City, or to the bidder who provides goods and services at the best value to the City Bids may be held by the City of Rosenberg for a period not to exceed sixty (60) days from the date of the bid opening for the purpose of reviewing the bids and investigating the bidder's qualifications prior to the contract award. Project No. 41617-01 Task 006 Questions closed 72 hours before bid opening. That would be 9/8/2025 at 2:00 pm.
