The City of Clearwater is seeking to procure sustainable, high-quality portable restroom containers for use in public spaces, parks, and events. The City of Clearwater (City), Florida seeks to procure sustainable portable restrooms for various public spaces, parks, and events throughout the City. These portable units will provide sanitary restroom facilities that meet the needs of citizens and visitors while ensuring compliance with applicable health standards and local regulations. The selected vendor(s) will be responsible for supplying new, high-quality portable restrooms that include all necessary features for safety, comfort, and accessibility. The City is requesting pricing options for multiple configurations, including solar powered, ventilated, and air-conditioned units. Once delivered, the portable restrooms will be owned, operated, and maintained by the City. Question Submission Deadline: August 3, 2025, 10:00am Contract Begins: October 2025 The initial term is estimated to be from October 2025 through September 2026. If the commencement of performance is delayed because the City does not execute the contract on the start date, the City may adjust the start date, end date and milestones to reflect the delayed execution. At the end of the initial term of this contract, the City may initiate renewal(s) as provided herein. The decision to renew a contract rests solely with the City. The City will give written notice of its intention to renew the contract no later than thirty (30) days prior to the expiration. Four (4), One (1) year renewal(s) are possible at the City's option.
