Bid Inquiries: Submit inquires no later than August 27, 2025 at 5:00 PM Email Carol Henley at purchasing@danvilleva.gov SCOPE OF WORK 2.1 The contractor shall provide all labor, materials, equipment, supervision, & incidentals necessary to perform work as detailed below. • This project will be performed at the same time as the island and line replacement and should be coordinated with C-First, Inc. • Demolish the existing canopy and dispose of the canopy off-site. • Excavate 2 (two) canopy footers per the contractor’s engineered drawings. All excavated materials are to be removed and dumped at 998 South Boston Rd, Danville, VA 24540. Pour a minimum of 4,000 (four thousand) PSI concrete in the footers and provide anchors. • The Contractor will erect 1 (one) 48’ X 28’ (forty-eight foot by twenty-eight foot) 2 (two) column canopy. • The color of the new canopy will be white, the contractor should provide color samples to the owner representative. • The contractor will install 8 (eight) weatherproof LED lights. • Contractor will install the wiring to the canopy and make the final electrical connections for the canopy lights and paint canopy poles white to match the new canopy. • Clean the site daily of Contractor debris.
