It is the intent of this "RFP" to secure an engineering construction management firm to complete special inspection services for the construction of an 80' x 80' hangar at the Danville Regional Airport as identified by Danville's architectural firm. A statement of special inspection services to be completed for the hangar project is included in Section 7 of this solicitation. In addition, the general contractor's proposed construction work schedule is also included under Section 8 to assist with proposal development. The City reserves the right to reject any or all offers and to waive informalities and minor irregularities in offers received. The City reserves the right to reject any or all proposals submitted, and to waive any informality in the proposals.
