Reference Number 0000395436 Construction of the Robert Avenue Improvements Stp 5583(610) The proposed work includes the furnishing of materials, tools, equipment and labor necessary for the construction of approximately 4,200 SY of street milling, 1,800 TONS of asphalt overlay with fiber reinforcement, 5,200 LF of concrete rolled curb, 5,700 LF of rubberized edge seal, and minor concrete street slab replacement in accordance with the plans and specifications and other items identified in the contract documents. The contractor is responsible for all items of work necessary to complete the project. Each bid must be accompanied by a cashier's check or certified check, or a Bid Bond executed by the BIDDER and an approved surety company and payable to the CITY, in an amount not less than five percent (5%) of the sum total of the base bid. The DBE goal for this letting is a minimum 6% of the total contract amount.
