Reference Number 0000413547 The City is seeking bids and proposals from qualified firms for GC services to renovate the historic Whistle Stop Café and Museum in Ferguson. This project may include, without limitation, bathroom renovation, new commercial kitchen, painting, exterior deck repair, electrical work, plumbing work, cleaning, new signage, lighting, parking lot resurfacing, roof repair, and landscaping. The City intends to lease this facility as a viable commercial business. The City understands that the scope of the project is open ended and is looking for the winning bidder to provide the necessary details and knowledge to complete the project as intended.
