Fine grade all areas, ensuring soil is taken down below the curb line to allow for the installation of mulch or decomposed granite (DG). On site trash receptacles shall not be used by contractor(s). Irrigation System Conversion: Convert the existing irrigation system to drip irrigation for improved water efficiency. Install point-source drip irrigation using flex risers with Rainbird emitters. Install Rainbird commercial drip zone valves, including: 1. New valve box 2. Wire mesh protection against gophers 3. New brass ball valve in front of the valve Install lateral lines and necessary fittings (Schedule 40). 3. Erosion Control: Install jute netting on the slope near the building to prevent erosion.
