Date 9/5/2025 Amendment A00001 This amendment is issued to extend the proposal due date for Solicitation No. 127EAW25R0059 as follows: 1. The proposal due date is hereby extended from September 8, 2025, at 11:00 AM Pacific Daylight Time (PDT) to September 15, 2025, at 3:00 PM Pacific Daylight Time (PDT). See attachment for additional information. The project consists of road maintenance work on the San Bernardino National Forest, California. The scope includes tasks outlined in the bid schedule, specifications, and exhibits, which are detailed in the continuation pages of the solicitation. Offerors are advised to review Section B.2 for bid submission instructions and Section L.2 for required proposal documents. No pre-proposal site visit will be held, and failure to inspect the site will not be grounds for a claim after contract award. Location: San Bernardino National Forest, 602 S Tippecanoe Ave, San Bernardino, CA 92408. No bid guarantee is required. 100% Payment Bond is required. 100% Performance Bond is required. All Requests for Information (RFI's) shall be submitted to the Contract Specialist via email to Tanya.Torres@usda.gov, on the attached RFI form, no later than 2 September 2025, 1100 AM hours PDT. The Contractor shall be required to (a) commence work under this contract within 10 calendar days after the date the Contractor receives the notice to proceed, (b) prosecute the work diligently, and (c) complete the entire work ready for use not later than 90 calendar days. The time stated for completion shall include final cleanup of the premises.
