The Village of Godfrey seeks the services of a highly qualified consulting firm to perform a drainage study, preliminary engineering, land acquisition, and construction engineering services for the Fairmont Place, Mangan, and Pine Lawn Drainage Improvements. This Request for Qualifications (RFQ) is intended to comply with Illinois Compiled Statute 50 ILCS 510/ and the Village's Quality Based Selection (QBS) Policy and Procedures. The Village desires to make stormwater drainage improvements within the subject subdivisions in order to mitigate flooding and poor drainage. The evaluation criteria and weighting for this project are as follows: Technical Approach- 30%, Firm Experience/Key Personnel - 30%, Past performance on Village Projects- 20%, and Work Load Capacity - 20%. The packet contains a detailed description of the project and specific requirements for the format and content of their submission. All submissions shall include a disclosure form and interviews are not anticipated. The method of Contractor Selection has not been Determined at this time.
