Question Deadline 08/29/2025 at 5:00 PM ET- Questions to be addressed in the addendum will be received through 5:00 p.m. five (5) business days prior to the bid. Pavement rehabilitation of Corporate Drive, including HMA surface removal, aggregate base course conditioning, curb and gutter replacements, and construction of new HMA pavements. A bid bond, certified check, or cashier's check payable to Gerald R. Ford International Airport Authority in an amount equal to five percent (5%) of the total price shall accompany each bid. This surety shall bind the bidder for a period of ninety (90) days after the receipt of bids It is the bidder's responsibility to confirm receipt of the invite, and to call 616-364-8491 for questions or concerns regarding invitations. Document Acquisition Notes :A $15 dollar charge will be added to all mailed drawings and/or specifications. Fees are payable by cash or check only and are not refunded. All meeting inquiries shall be directed to Mr. Jack Bryan (jbryan@grr.org) or Mr. Brian Merk (bmerk@preinnewhof.com). The project shall be completed within twenty-one (21) calendar days from date of Notice to Proceed. The Owner reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to waive any irregularities in bidding .
