The new cameras will be integrated with the city's existing UNVNVR 308-64 network video recorder (NVR) system, ensuring seamless compatibility and recording functionality. The vendor will install an additional 8 TB of storage into the NVR to support these new cameras. The system must allow for 30 days of storage for all video streams. Each camera will be connected via structured Cat6 Ethernet cabling and mounted using appropriate interior or weatherproof enclosures based on location. All Cat6 data cables will be run from the Public Safety building data closet located in the radio room. All terminations will be professionally labeled and tested according to the existing naming scheme. Specific camera placements include: o Interior dome-style cameras (fixed lens) installed in the Evidence Room, Evidence Hallway, East Main Lobby, Mechanical Room, East Door, Fire Department Lobby, Fire Back Door, Fire Garage Corner, and Fire Courtyard. o High-resolution mini-dome cameras with onboard analytics installed in the Interview Room and Holding Cell for enhanced monitoring and behavioral detection. o Outdoor bullet-style cameras (8MP with infrared capability) mounted at the Police Cruiser Parking Lot, Rear of the Fire Station, and East Side Perimeter for around-the-clock exterior surveillance. o a 75-inch wall-mounted television will be installed in the squad room. This display will be connected to a city-provided PC running Guard Station 3.0 software, allowing staff to view live feeds and access recorded footage. Basic configuration and operational training will be provided to designated personnel to ensure ongoing usability The bidder agrees that if the city accepts their proposal, the bidder will, within 10 consecutive calendar days after receiving notice of this acceptance, enter into a contract to furnish all labor, equipment and tools necessary to execute the work at the unit prices named in the bid proposal and will furnish the surety for performance, for one hundred percent (100%) of this bid, which shall be accepted and approved by the city.
