Reference Number 0000393376 Major items include: The City's lime softening water treatment process results in a residual lime material which is suitable for reuse as an agricultural liming product. The residual lime material is temporarily stored in lagoons. The contract work includes removal of the residual lime from Lagoons 1, 2 and 3 beginning 8/30/25; provided by arranging for and carrying out the reuse or disposal of this material in accordance with the contract specifications including all applicable Michigan Department of Environmental Quality regulations and requirements.
